Contributions to the Breast Cancer Relief Committee are not charitable contributions and are not deductible as charitable contributions for state and federal income tax purposes. A large portion of the proceeds for this campaign are used to defray the costs of fundraising.

Breast Cancer patients must deal with more than their physical ailment and recovery. They must learn how to adapt their emotional and mental wellbeing to their fight against their disease.


Thank you for being such a generous supporter of Breast Cancer Relief Committee PAC, also known as American
Coalition for Crisis Relief PAC, which is a bi‐partisan independent expenditure‐only group (not a charity) established
under Section 527 of the federal tax code. Crisis comes in many forms… Our hope is to help elect responsible public
officials who support cancer programs and to educate Members of Congress as well as the public about issues related
to Breast Cancer and other Cancer. We need to make sure these Americans health care needs are provided regardless
of social, educational or financial status.

Crisis Relief comes in many forms…. It is crucial that we elect leaders who support health care policies dedicated to
relief for Americans suffering from all types of Breast Cancer and other Cancer and to make sure their health care needs
are provided regardless of social, educational or financial status.

HR 2178 the “Metastatic Breast Cancer Access to Care Act” is a bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to
eliminate the waiting periods for disability insurance benefits and Medicare coverage for individuals with metastatic
breast cancer, and for other purposes.

Having to have a Mastectomy can be devasting to a woman but having to worry about paying for Breast Cancer
prostheses should not be… There are currently more than 3,500,000 women with a history of breast cancer in the
United States, many of whom experience unreconstructed breast loss. HR 1370 the “Breast Cancer Patient Equity
is a bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide coverage for a custom fabricated breast prosthesis
following a mastectomy.

Many Americans who have cancers need prescription drugs to fight these cancers. HR 1730 the “Cancer Drug Parity
Act of 2023”
is a bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to require group and individual health insurance coverage
and group health plans to provide for cost sharing for oral anticancer drugs on terms no less favorable than the cost
sharing provided for anticancer medications administered by a health care provider.
